以上为应用内置完整版本，无需联网即可阅读。商店登记之在线地址仅作备案，不以网络访问为前提。
一、引言
欢迎使用「前夕」（以下简称「本应用」）。
本应用由杭州潘达工房科技有限公司（英文品牌：Panda Studio，以下简称「我们」或「开发者」）提供。本《隐私政策》说明您使用本应用时，我们如何处理相关信息。
本应用是扣款前的决策工具，不是花销账本或理财套件。它帮助您查看即将结束的试用与即将发生的续费扣款，从您选择的商店订阅页截图录入订阅信息，并在扣款前可选地接收提醒；相关记录保存在您的设备上。我们不连接银行账户，也不读取银行或卡账单。核心功能无需账号、邮箱或手机号。
我们不是商户、支付机构或应用商店运营方。请在使用前仔细阅读本政策。使用本应用即表示您理解并同意本政策。
二、我们收集哪些信息
2.1 账号与广告
核心功能无需注册账号、邮箱或手机号。我们不出售您的个人信息，本应用不展示第三方广告。
2.2 存储在您设备上的信息
为提供核心功能，以下信息保存在您的设备本地：您录入的订阅记录；您主动选择的截图附件；从截图中读取出的文字；提醒相关设置；应用偏好；以及您是否已同意用户协议与本政策的本地记录。
本应用还会在设备上保存一个匿名设备标识，仅用于对可选的在线录入辅助功能实施公平使用限制，不构成用户账号。
我们不连接您的银行，也不读取您的银行或卡账单。
2.3 权限与系统能力
本应用可能使用：网络访问（仅在您使用在线录入辅助时）；系统文件或相册选择器（由您主动选择截图，包括 Google Play、App Store 及其他商店的订阅页）；通知权限（仅在您开启扣款前提醒时，由设备操作系统发送本地通知）；以及系统日历界面（仅在您主动添加续费日程时，本应用不读取或同步您的日历内容）。我们不会申请与核心功能无关的敏感权限，例如相机、通讯录或定位。
三、信息如何被使用与共享
3.1 在您的设备上
本地信息用于展示即将到期的试用与续费、管理订阅记录、在扣款前安排提醒，以及保存您的设置。
3.2 在线录入辅助
若您选择使用录入辅助，您所选截图中读取出的文字将通过加密连接发送至我们运营的服务，以便本应用向您建议可编辑的订阅字段。请求中会附带匿名设备标识，用于实施公平使用限制。
我们不建立用户账号，不将上述内容用于广告，亦不将其用于模型训练。我们不会在服务器上保存您的截图文件。相关内容仅用于完成当次辅助处理，不会作为您的订阅档案长期存档。
3.3 我们不会做的事
我们不代您运营订阅、不处理付款、不代为取消续费、不连接您的银行、不读取您的账单，亦不向广告商共享您的订阅记录。
四、信息的保留与删除
设备上的信息，直至您删除单条订阅、清除应用数据或卸载本应用前，将一直保留在您的设备上。
在线录入辅助在您发起请求时处理，我们不会在服务器上长期保存您的订阅档案。
卸载本应用后，将不再在本设备上继续本地存储，与本应用相关的已安排提醒亦将停止（以系统行为为准）。
五、未成年人
本应用主要面向自行管理订阅的成年人。我们不会主动面向未满 14 周岁的未成年人提供服务。
未成年人应在监护人同意并指导下使用本应用。监护人如有疑问，可通过下文方式联系我们。
六、信息安全
我们在本应用及在线录入辅助的设计与运营中采取合理措施，包括对传输中的数据使用加密连接。
您的订阅记录保存在您的设备上（除非您按上文选择在线录入辅助）。请妥善保管您的设备。任何能够访问您未锁定设备的人，均可能查看本应用中的本地数据。
七、政策变更
我们可能适时更新本政策，并通过应用内提示、版本说明或修订文首「文档版本」等方式告知您。
若发生重大变更，您可能需要重新确认同意。若您不同意更新后的政策，请停止使用并卸载本应用。

Privacy Policy
This is the full in-app version and can be read without an internet connection. The online URL registered with app stores is for record-keeping only.
1. Introduction
Welcome to DueEve ("the App").
The App is provided by Hangzhou Panda Studio Technology Co., Ltd. (Panda Studio, "we" or "the developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
The App is a pre-charge decision tool—not a spending ledger or personal finance suite. It helps you see upcoming trial endings and renewal charges, add subscription details from store screenshots you choose, and receive optional reminders before you are charged, with your records kept on your device. We do not link bank accounts or read bank statements. Core features do not require an account, email address, or phone number.
We are not a merchant, payment processor, or app store operator. Please read this policy before use. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to it.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Accounts and advertising
Core features do not require registration with an account, email address, or phone number. We do not sell your personal information. The App does not show third-party advertising.
2.2 Data stored on your device
To provide core features, the following stays on your device: subscription records you enter or add from screenshots; screenshots you choose to attach; text read from those images; reminder settings; app preferences; and a local record of your acceptance of these terms and this policy.
The App also stores an anonymous device identifier on your device. It is used only to apply fair-use limits on optional online screenshot entry assist. It is not a user account.
We do not connect to your bank or read your bank or card statements.
2.3 Permissions and system features
The App may use: network access when you use online screenshot entry assist; the system file or photo picker when you choose screenshots (including from Google Play, the App Store, or other stores); notification permission when you turn on reminders before a charge (delivered only by your device's operating system); and the system calendar screen when you choose to add a renewal event (the App does not read or sync your calendar). We do not request unrelated sensitive permissions such as camera, contacts, or location.
3. How information is used and shared
3.1 On your device
Local data is used to show upcoming trials and renewals, manage your subscription records, schedule reminders before you are charged, and remember your settings.
3.2 Online screenshot entry assist
If you choose screenshot entry assist, text read from a screenshot you selected is sent over an encrypted connection to services we operate so the App can suggest subscription fields for you to review and edit. An anonymous device identifier is sent with the request to enforce fair-use limits.
We do not create user accounts, do not use this content for advertising, and do not use it to train models. We do not keep your screenshot images on our servers. Request content is processed to provide the assist and is not stored for ongoing archiving.
3.3 What we do not do
We do not operate your subscriptions, process payments, cancel renewals on your behalf, link your bank, read your statements, or share your subscription records with advertisers.
4. Retention and deletion
Data on your device remains until you delete individual subscriptions, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
Online screenshot entry assist is processed when you request it and is not kept on our servers as an archive of your subscriptions.
Uninstalling the App stops further local storage and, on your device, scheduled reminders associated with the App.
5. Minors
The App is intended primarily for adults managing their own subscriptions. We do not knowingly target children under 14.
Minors should use the App only with a guardian's consent and supervision. Guardians may contact us using the details below.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures in the design and operation of the App and its online screenshot entry assist, including encrypted connections for data in transit.
Your subscription records stay on your device unless you choose online screenshot entry assist as described above. Please keep your device secure. Anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to view data stored in the App.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will notify you in the App, in release notes, or by revising the document version shown at the top.
For material changes, you may need to confirm again. If you disagree, stop using the App and uninstall it.
